Is it possible to change the delivery address after placing the order?

If the item has already been sent, the address cannot be changed.

If you noticed a delivery address error in your order, you can change it by contacting us via e-mail: shop@naturetty.com and specifying the order number. Orders returned due to an invalid shipping address will be charged a new reshipment fee.

What are the shipping options and costs?

The delivery of the product depends on the logistics service chosen by the Buyer.

* Currently received foreign shipments are delivered to all requested destinations, despite the fact that emergency situations may cause delivery delays.

How do I return or exchange my purchase?

The buyer has the right to refuse the goods within 14 calendar days from the moment of receipt of the goods by sending a letter of refusal to the seller.

Upon receiving the product, the buyer must immediately write to shop@naturetty.com, to receive a return form.

Products whose packaging has been opened are considered used and cannot be returned. The product must be unused and undamaged. A printed order confirmation must be attached when returning the product. Return costs are borne by the buyer. The amount of the product is returned to the same current account from which the buyer made the payment for the product. The buyer is refunded within 7 working days from the day the returned item is received.
